This analysis will help Sterling Design Group understand the current scope and use of the space. We will discuss initial thoughts, ideas, and functionality before making suggestions for a design and style direction considering your input. This time is unique for each client. We will touch on some of the following components of design:

Working Meeting

This meeting will provide more in-depth consultation than an initial meeting. This is a great option for clients who have identified a specific area or project they wish to tackle and would like to explore more specific details to complement the space and desired style. This meeting may include the following based on your priorities:

Home Seller Planning Meeting

This time will be spent reviewing your living spaces as you prepare to place your home on the market. This is an excellent option for clients needing help with staging advice and wondering that home improvements will bring the greatest return on investment.

Strategy Day

Our goal for our Strategy Day is to thoroughly review the selected design style and any steps taken thus far. Our design team will provide an onsite assessment to review current selections and advise on additional ideas to align with your overall desired outcome. With our design planning experience and inspirational choices, we will ensure that your vision can be fulfilled through this collaboration. Material and product selections will be documented and shared with you after this meeting, complete with links to each item for your reference. Alternately we may spend 4 hours in showrooms or 2 hours in the home and 2 hours in showrooms.

Designer by Your Side

Our Designer by Your Side option allows you to call on us when needed. You can choose to work with us on the parts of your project where you need a professional edge, such as plan reviews, assistance with material selections, oversight of your remodeling project, or finishing touches for your interior décor, for instance window treatments.

(Minimum Block of 15 Hours Required – to be Used as Needed Within 60-Day Period)
